Dorothy Serdenis, Director of Corporate Development
Dorothy Serdenis joined Global Credit Services, in 2008, as a partner in the private equity firm that invested in its assets. She brings to her role 20 years of Wall Street experience in corporate finance, including managing corporate financial transactions and providing financial management and consulting to a broad spectrum of companies. Ms. Serdenis was an investment banker at Merrill Lynch, where she worked with corporate clients on financial assignments, advisory services and merger and acquisition activities. The major focus of her work involved the origination, structuring and execution of complex, highly leveraged transactions spanning approximately $100 million to $1 billion. Ms. Serdenis also worked in the equity and debt private placement markets involving transactions under $50 million.
